    About Dentalex
    & how we work

Who we work with, how we operate, and what sets us apart from general dental consultancies.

    6 questions
What type of clinics does Dentalex Solutions work with?
We work with dental clinics that aspire to solid positioning: premium clinics, clinics with international patients, biological clinics, and clinics offering high-value treatments. We are not a volume consultancy. We work with a select number of clients in order to deliver rigorous, personalised work in each case.
Do you work with clinics outside Spain or Latin America?
Yes. We work with clinics across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. We have specific experience with clinics in Spain, Germany, and Italy, and we regularly support professionals operating under regulatory frameworks different from the Spanish one. Working language is Spanish or English, according to the client's preference.
Are your consultancies in-person or remote?
All our consultancies are conducted remotely. This allows us to work with clinics in any country without geographic limitation, and gives our clients the flexibility to organise sessions without travel or disruption to their clinical schedule.
How long does a consultancy take from start to finish?
It depends on the type of consultancy and the complexity of the case. In general, the full process — from the first analysis session to the delivery of the report and all deliverables — takes two to four weeks. After delivery, the client has a 30-day follow-up period to resolve any implementation questions.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish and English. All our materials, reports, and deliverables can be provided in either language according to the client's needs.
What sets Dentalex apart from other dental consultancies?
Three things, primarily. First, we work on areas that most consultancies do not touch: legal documentation, communication exposure, management of difficult patients, protection of informed consent. Second, everything we deliver is applicable from day one — not theoretical frameworks, but protocols, scripts, checklists, and reports ready to use. Third, we understand the dental clinic from the inside: the tension between clinical and commercial, the specific risks of the premium patient, and the reality of the dentist who is also a business owner.

What each service includes, how they work in practice, and what you can expect to receive.

    6 questions
What does a Business Consulting engagement include exactly?
Each Business Consulting engagement includes: an in-depth analysis of the clinic's situation in the area being addressed; a written report with risk assessment and recommendations; the practical tools relevant to the area (protocols, scripts, templates, checklists, or consent forms as applicable); a presentation and review session with the team; and 30 days of post-delivery support. The price is €2,200 per consultancy, single payment — no hidden costs, no subscriptions.
Can I engage more than one consultancy at the same time?
Yes. Some clinics work on several areas simultaneously or sequentially. In those cases, we work together to determine the most logical order based on priorities and the team's capacity to implement. Contact us and we will advise you with no obligation.
Does the coaching assessment require the patient to participate directly?
Yes. Coaching sessions are direct encounters between the Dentalex expert team and the patient — not with the dentist. A session is typically held before the procedure, addressing emotional preparation, expectation management, and the patient's genuine understanding of the treatment. If the dentist considers it necessary, a post-procedure session can also be arranged. The dentist then receives a comprehensive PDF case report, grounded in scientific evidence, which reinforces and substantiates their clinical proposal.
Does the AI-assisted CBCT analysis replace the dentist's clinical judgement?
No. The CBCT analysis is a diagnostic support tool, not a substitute for clinical judgement. It provides an objective, documented review of the scan by a specialist assisted by AI technology, helping to detect conditions, standardise findings, and strengthen communication with the patient. The clinical decision always remains with the dentist.
Is the legal advisory applicable to clinics in different European countries?
We work with clinics in different countries and adapt our approach to each market's regulatory framework. That said, many of the areas we address — quality of informed consent, claims management, communication compliance — follow a logic that applies regardless of the national legal framework. Where country-specific legal interpretation is required, we make that clear and recommend complementing our work with local legal counsel.
What type of deliverables will I receive at the end of a consultancy?
It depends on the area of work, but in general they include some combination of: a written report with analysis and recommendations; internal protocols ready to implement; communication scripts for the team; document templates or operational checklists; and in the case of coaching, the session report in PDF. Everything is designed to be usable from day one, without further adaptation.

    & process

How engagements start, what is included in the price, and what happens after delivery.

    4 questions
How does a consultancy begin? Is there a free initial call?
The process begins with a first contact by WhatsApp, email, or form. From there, we organise a no-cost initial call to understand the clinic's situation, confirm that we can add real value, and define the scope of work. We only move to a formal proposal if there is a genuine fit.
Are the published prices per service or per session?
They are per complete consultancy, not per session. The price covers the entire process: analysis, working sessions, preparation of deliverables, presentation session, and 30 days of post-delivery support. No hidden costs. No subscriptions.
Is there any follow-up after the consultancy is delivered?
Yes. All consultancies include 30 days of post-delivery support to resolve implementation questions and ensure the work translates into real practice within the clinic. If the client needs additional support beyond that period, we manage it on a case-by-case basis.
Can I request a consultancy on a topic not listed on your website?
Yes. The ten Business Consulting areas we publish are the most common, but we develop consultancies tailored to other specific needs: internal documentation, admission process improvement, clinical-commercial coordination, new service launches, and more. Contact us and we will assess whether we can design a bespoke intervention.

    Risk &
    confidentiality

How we handle sensitive information, clinical data, and urgent or active conflict situations.

    4 questions
Is all the information I share with Dentalex confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All information you share with us — clinical documentation, contracts, internal communications, conflict situations — is treated with strict confidentiality and is never shared with third parties under any circumstances. If you prefer, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before beginning any work.
Do you work with clinical patient data?
In some consultancies — particularly in CBCT analysis, consent review, or clinical case management — it may be necessary to share patient-related documentation. In those cases, we always work with anonymised data or within the strict minimum necessary for analysis, in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
What if my clinic already has an active legal issue?
We can work with clinics that are navigating an active conflict situation, but with one important clarification: our work is advisory and strategic, not formal legal representation. If there is an active legal proceeding, we always recommend coordinating with a specialist lawyer. What we can do is help reinforce documentation, prepare communications, and prevent the situation from escalating or recurring.
Can I reach out about an urgent situation — such as an active negative review or an open complaint?
Yes. For urgent situations, WhatsApp is the fastest channel. We assess the case as quickly as possible and, if we can help, we define an immediate action plan. Reputation crisis management and response to active complaints are areas where reaction time is decisive — we know this, and we act accordingly.
