In Latin America, Dentalex respects the principles established by the Ibero-American Network of Data Protection (RIPD), applying international standards of privacy protection across member states in the region.

Alternatively, the parties may agree, by mutual consent, to resolve disputes through arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), which shall administer the arbitration and appoint the arbitrators in accordance with its regulations.
