LEGAL NOTICE

I. General Information and Regulatory Compliance

This Legal Notice has been prepared in accordance with current data protection regulations in the various jurisdictions in which we operate, ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws for the protection of our users' personal data.

Regarding the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which establishes rules concerning the protection, processing, and free movement of personal data of individuals in the Member States of the European Union.

In the United Arab Emirates, we adhere to Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, which regulates the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data within the country, ensuring the privacy and security of information in the territory of the Emirate of Dubai and the rest of the federation.

In the United States of America, since there is no single federal law on data protection, we comply with relevant state regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of 2018, which grants rights to California residents regarding access, control, and deletion of their personal data, and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) of 2023, which regulates consumer data protection in the state of Virginia. We also ensure compliance with federal sectoral laws, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which protects users' medical data at the national level.

In Latin America, we respect the principles and guidelines established in the Data Protection Principles Declaration of the Ibero-American Network of Data Protection (RIPD), adopting a unified approach to privacy protection and personal data security in accordance with international standards governing member countries in the region.

Thus, we ensure that the processing of personal data we collect is carried out in accordance with the applicable local laws in each of the mentioned jurisdictions, always safeguarding the security and confidentiality of our users' information.
